5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your remaining tokens until they are used. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
